"That's one of the things that connects us as neighbors—in our own way, each one of us is a giver and a receiver." - Mister Rogers

If you’re a Charlotte, N.C. local, you’ve likely seen one of our robots, also known as “Geoffrey,” making the rounds in your neighborhood. Now, we’re pleased to announce that Tiny Mile will be officially opening our service to all users, including local businesses, with the launch of a free, robot-powered delivery initiative for residents in the Uptown area - it’s faster, greener, and considerably cuter.

During this first critical year of Tiny Mile’s expansion to the United States, when our team made their technological debut, the goal wasn’t simply to deploy robots in exciting, previously unexplored locations, but to collaborate directly with local communities in order to develop last-mile delivery options that could help connect those very same communities in new, inclusive ways.

That’s why, as a part of our continued commitment to neighborhood-focused solutions, the Tiny Mile delivery app has been designed to empower small businesses, promote accessibility in the marketplace, and encourage participation from residents, families and friends, co-workers, and their favorite merchants, where every robot’s journey is limited only by users’ imagination and, for now, the extents of Uptown, Charlotte.

How Does It Work?

To use one of our robots, simply go to our website and click on Deliver for Free to arrange a delivery.

Both you and your recipient will then be able to observe the order’s progress using our app’s robot tracking system, complete with a dedicated customer support team to assist with any inquiries you may have along the way.

Once your assigned robot arrives, simply use the app to unlock the lid, access the compartment, and send Geoffrey on its way.

Save on time, money, and emissions.

What Does Tiny Mile Deliver?

With the exception of our delivery program’s guidelines excluding the shipment of prohibited items and those that exceed the robot’s capacity, we can deliver almost anything.

Last-minute grocery runs, workplace communiques and documentation, lunch from a neighborhood hotspot, gifts couriered to loved ones - Tiny Mile is available for all occasions, whether it’s being a part of your usual routine, sharing in a celebration, or helping show your appreciation to someone special.

This is your service, an opportunity to help shape Tiny Mile’s journey in your neighborhood, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll do with it.
